Digital Signage Request Form

Use this form to submit slides to be displayed on campus digital displays. Slides are reviewed and posted by building display administrators within five business days of submission at their discretion. Each building/location may have their own policies/procedures as to the quantity, frequency or content. 

Digital display guidelines:
Slides that do not meet the following guidelines may be returned for revision and resubmission.

  • Slides must be submitted in PNG file format, sized at 1800 x 960px. Use templates to build your slides at the appropriate size. Users will need to be logged in to Jacket Connect prior to accessing the link for templates.
  • Campus displays are set to rotate to the next slide after 10-15 seconds. Copy needs to be short and easy to read.
  • Text should be at least 36pt, headers at least 72pt.
  • Use bullet points, phrases and short sentences.
