Did you forget your password or want to change it? Use this self-service password management site: myaccount.bw.edu.
Any personal device (BYOD) you want to connect to the BW wireless network must be registered.

For new mobile phones or tablets, go to your device's WiFi settings menu and select the network called "BW_Wifi_SetUp". You will be redirected to BW's "Xpress Connect" site. If you are connecting a new computer, open a web browser and go directly to: http://setupmywifi.bw.edu. It is recommended that you re-run the set up process on ALL of your devices at the beginning of each semester to receive any new security updates.

Once you are registered and authorized, you will be moved to the “Baldwin-Wallace” high-speed wireless network. (This is the network you should always be connected to for optimal speed!)
"Virtual Desktop" gives you access to lab and administrative software remotely from any location. Log in at: http://labs.bw.edu. It is recommended that you download the full client to your primary computer, but you can also use the quick access HTML option anytime, anywhere, without downloading the software. You now have access to the software from your home or anywhere! If you are using the Windows 10 version of Virtual Desktop in the lab or at home, remember that the "log off" button has changed. To log off, simply click your name and you will see the "sign out" link.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Virtual Desktop client was upgraded! The previous client is no longer operational. You will need to go back to http://labs.bw.edu and download the new version. There are some new enhancements including clickable links to the programs you use most often!

A new user interface (UI 5) is now available for the Colleague administrative system. Colleague UI 5 works with any browser. Best performance has been reported with Firefox and Chrome. You can access it at colleague.bw.edu, then click on Launch Colleague. Single sign-on from MyBW is not yet available so you will need to use the direct URL for access at this time.

A Quick Tour is available under Help that will give you the best introduction to the new UI 5.

The current UI 4 interface will remain available through the fall semester to give everyone time to make the transition.

Many of BW's classrooms are now equipped with Extron Sharelink! These devices allow instructors and students to wirelessly share content from their mobile computers to the classroom screen (using BW WiFi). No longer will you need to go to the podium and log in to make a presentation. You can share content right from your seat - PowerPoint, Word docs, photos, websites... anything that's on your computer! It's quick and easy to access using these instructions: Extron ShareLink.

To help you located rooms that have the ShareLink device installed, look for a sticker that says "ShareLink Enabled" and an instruction card attached to the podium or use the update lab website and look for the "(SL)" designation.
